Brian was born in Kittery, Maine in 1974. He grew up in Louisville, Kentucky where his immediate family still resides. He attended Saint Xavier High School before earning a degree from Indiana University from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Brian attended Emory University School of law and graduated in 1999. While at Emory, Brian served as the Associate Editor for the International Law Review.
Brian practices civil litigation with specialization in premises liability, commercial/common carrier litigation, bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, subrogation, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, product liability, collections, and workers’ compensation. Brian is admitted in state and federal courts throughout Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, and Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
