Meredith is a Chicago native who moved to Georgia for law school. As an undergraduate, she attended Loyola University Chicago as an English major, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2001. As a result of her scholarship, she became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. For the two years between undergraduate school and law school, Meredith worked both in retail management and as a bill collector for a large international car company.

Meredith moved to Atlanta in 2003 and decided to make it her permanent home. She attended Emory Law School and became a national competing member of Emory's Moot Court Society. She earned her place as a quarterfinalist in the Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Competition in New York in 2005. After graduating from law school, Meredith immediately went to work defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims, which she did for nearly 3 1/2 years before joining Skedsvold and White. 100% of her practice is dedicated to workers' compensation litigation.

Meredith is admitted to all Georgia State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Workers' Compensation section of the Bar.
